We support students of all ages, from preschool to college located in Harrisburg, Hershey, and the Philadelphia area.
What we do
Educational Services of PA is a company founded by Dr. Robyn Chotiner, a nationally certified school psychologist, who provides comprehensive evaluations for students of all ages.

Our story
Part 1 - From Medicine to Child Psychology: Unveiling My True Passion
My first passion was medicine and research, which soon became a conduit to providing continuing education to physicians. While the complexities and advances of medicine intrigued me, children’s learning and development captivated me the moment I had a child. I worked during the day and signed up for a University class at night. One class in school psychology was all it took for me to recognize my true passion. I immediately began applying to Ph.D. programs and studying for the GREs. There was no turning back!
Part 2 - Nurturing Potential: A Journey in School Psychology and Child Development
After graduating from Temple University with my Ph.D. in school psychology, I moved with my family to central Pennsylvania. I gained valuable experience working in multiple school settings with 15 years experience, from inner city school districts, to rural settings, to suburban districts. I gained additional training in school neuropsychology. It is clear that children learn and succeed in many different ways. I want children to reach their true potential. My focus is on the whole child. I advocate to give children the best opportunity to thrive by better understanding how they learn best!
Part 3 - Fostering Children's Strengths: Collaborative Pathways to Success in Education and Beyond
I love what I do. My focus is on helping parents better understand their children’s strengths, centering on positive qualities that your children have, as well as elucidating any learning needs. Together, we create a plan to support your children to be more successful in their school and community.
